How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
You will qualify for free shipping when your order exceeds $1500 (During promotions, order amount may vary). Orders must be shipped to the same address within the 48 contiguous states. All orders must be curbside delivery. Additional fees apply to specialized delivery requirements (lift gate, residential call before delivery, etc) Customer is responsible for any additional charges the carrier imposes. On any orders under $1500 (or promotional amount), Cabinet Supply will communicate to you the shipping amount. You then have the right to agree or make other arrangements. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other promotion offer unless specified.
What is the Warranty for your cabinets?
Cabinet Supply.com warrants that all products will be free from manufacturing or material defects for one year from date of purchase under normal residential use and service.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accident, misuse, dirt, water, tampering, un-reasonable use, improper installation, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.
If you see any signs of warranty issues, please contact Cabinet Supply within the one year of purchase date.
What is your Lead-Time?
Ready-to-Assemble Cabinet Orders
If your order is confirmed by noon, your RTA order will be shipped within 3 days. Delivery will depend on your location, typically within 2-4 business days.
Assembled Cabinet Orders
If your order is confirmed by noon, your Assembled Order will be shipped within 5 days. Delivery will depend on your location, typically with 2-4 business days.
What should I expect when the cabinets are delivered and what do I do if a have any damaged cabinets?
You must be present at the time of delivery of your cabinets. When they are delivered, you need to count all the cabinets and pieces and make sure that the amount matches the freight bill. Also, please inspect all of the packages to determine if there is any visible damage through the shipping process. If you find any visibly damaged packages or shortages on the delivery, please note that on the freight bill and contact Cabinet Supply immediately.
Please open all packages and inspect thoroughly all pieces within the first 5 days. If you find any damages or defective products, please contact Cabinet Supply immediately. Any items found to be damaged after the first 10 days from date of delivery will be replaced at the homeowner’s expense.
What is your Return Policy?

If you are not totally satisfied with your cabinets on receipt, just call within 48 hours and we will issue a return authorization for you to return all cabinets for a refund. Cabinets must be shipped back in original cartons. Credit to your account will occur after receipt of all cabinets in good condition. A restocking fee of 25% on items returned will apply.
Are the cabinets delivered Ready-to-Assemble or Assembled?
CabinetSupply.com is very pleased to offer both Ready-to-Assemble and Assembled Cabinets. Our pricing listed under the cabinet styles pages is for Ready-to-Assemble cabinets. We do offer assembled cabinets delivered to your door for an additional fee of $20 per cabinet with no additional freight involved. And you even get the free shipping if the minimum order amounts are exceeded. To order the cabinets assembled, please check the assembly option in the shopping cart and it will automatically calculate the cost of assembly your entire order and include that amount in the cart.
